To change the input settings:
Go to your project window. In the search field type “InputManager”.
Click on the “inputManager” prefab and in the inspector window. You see the current settings for the game. You can use the dropdown fields to assign different keys or buttons.
Note: If you build the game on IOS or android than the game will activate touch screen controls by default.
It can be a hassle to determine the buttons for a joypad. Here’s a list of button mappings for some of the most used joypads:
